Oak Tree Committees Communications & Welcoming Committee The Communications Committee is responsible for keeping the Oak Tree community informed about HOA board and committees activities. The committee is also responsible for welcoming new homeowners to the community and showing them how to stay informed about what happens in the community and helping them access all of the services Oak Tree provides. The committee is also responsible for maintaining and repairing streets, curbs, common area sidewalks and walls.
