Oaktree Residential Association
Oaktree is an upscale, gated residential community located just east of
the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road in North Dallas. It is
conveniently located in between the Dallas Galleria Shopping Center and
Willowbend Shopping Center and near many of the top rated restaurants in the
North Dallas area. Baylor Plano Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital of Plano
as well as others, are within easy access.
Located in a family-oriented, park-like setting, Oaktree offers its
residents a twenty-four hour guarded entry gate, luxurious landscaping,
underground utilities and ample lighting through-out the area. There are 306
homes in the three communities that make up Oaktree: The Estates of Oaktree,
Oaktree North and Creekside.
The Oaktree Residential Association Board of Directors governs and
maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the
overall ambience and property values in Oaktree. They are assisted by a
professional association management company.
