Oak Tree is an upscale, gated residential community located just east of the Dallas North Tollway and Frankford Road in North Dallas. It is conveniently located in between the Dallas Galleria Shopping Center and Willowbend Shopping Center and near many of the top rated restaurants in the North Dallas area. Baylor Plano Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital of Plano as well as others, are within easy access.

Located in a family-oriented, park-like setting, Oak Tree offers its residents a twenty-four hour guarded entry gate, luxurious landscaping, underground utilities and ample lighting through-out the area. There are 306 homes in the three communities that make up Oak Tree: The Estates of Oak Tree, Oak Tree North and Creekside.

The Oak Tree Residential Association Board of Directors governs and maintains the business affairs and common property that contribute to the overall ambience and property values in Oak Tree. They are assisted by a professional association management company.

  • Vandalism Update

    As has been reported, our community is experiencing an increase in random vandalism by trespassers entering the community looking for easy opportunities. These incidents have primarily involved visible valuables left in cars parked on the street or in the driveways facing the alleys. It appears that the perpetrators are accessing Oaktree through various sections of the vandalized fencing boarding the apartment complexes and via the back gated entrance when residents enter or leave the community.   • Policy for Rear Gate

    Published: August 08, 2022

    All visitors must exit through the front exit gate. The pressure plate under the roadway will be deactivated and the toll tag reader activated so that only registered toll tags can exit the back gate.
